There is absolutely no doubt that we live in a fast-paced world. Jobs and family responsibilities are extremely challenging to juggle nowadays. At times, it feels like there is so much stuff to do with so little time. It is only now that realize that the saying “time is gold” is indeed true.

There are only 24 precious hours in a single day – no more, no less.  A magical 25th hour would not just pop out of the blue.  The obvious solution to the time problem is proper time management. After testing the app, you’ll surely replace the standard notes app in your phone.

The app is totally free and it allows 40 MB file upload a month. There is also an option to upgrade to Premium Evernote for only $5 a month or $45 for one year. This increases the maximum monthly upload to 1G. Buying the premium version also unlocks a couple of great features. For those who are light users, the free version is just fine.

Wunderlist

Wunderlist is a free task management tool that can be used on a variety of platforms – iOS, Android, BlackBerry and Windows. It can also be downloaded installed on Mac, PC or Linux. Wunderlist has more than two million users and still growing!

This app is a simple task manager that helps users in organizing everything. You can create grocery lists, to-do lists, projects and more. The app stands out from all the other task manager apps because of its clean and easy to use interface. Furthermore, it is a very powerful collaborative management tool. You can easily share a task or a list with your Wunderlist buddies or send through e-mail, Facebook or Twitter.

 

 

Toggl

Toggl is a web-based time tracking tool designed to record time spent on a task. It can be downloaded in your iPhone, iPad, Android, Blackberry and Windows Phone. If you want to track your hours accurately, this app is the answer. This app can be used by individuals who charge by the hour or even those who wants to keep a tab on time spent on activities.

There are many time trackers available in the market today. However, many users prefer Toggl because it is accessible through the browser, desktop or on the phone. Furthermore, it is extremely easy to use. All you have to do is click the timer and write a short description before you start a task. Then, you can simply click the timer when you are done.

This app can be downloaded and used for free. There are also premium options for teams working on a project.
